Conditions

• Prices for whole house and night. VAT included.
• The tourist tax approved by law 5/2017 it is not included in the rates and will be added to the invoice in a detailed way. Import: 0,66 € / persona / day with a maximum of 7 dies. exemptions: 0-16 years old.
• They are not allowed animals
• No smoking allowed in the rooms, to the house or common areas
  
  

Cancellation policy:

• An advance payment of 25% of the total stay by bank transfer when making the reservation
• Cancellations must be notified in writing via e-mail to info@calaconxita.cat
• The deposit delivered to the account will be returned if the cancellation is communicated 20 days before the client's arrival
• If the cancellation is notified within a period of less than 20 days from the date of arrival, Ca La Conxita reserves the right not to return the deposit
• If the check-out is made before the date formalized in the reservation, the amount corresponding to the rest of the contracted days will be lost
