Confitures i Melmelades Artesanes
We make delicious jams following traditional recipes, where the fruit is the protagonist, i està conservada només amb sucre i suc de llimona. Si voleu saber la diferència entre confitures i melmelades seguiu llegint-nos, que en parlarem…
In our little workshop, daily we make about fifty jars which we then manually label and prepare to be brought to your home.
Seasonal Fruit
Només seleccionem la millor fruita de cada temporada per a fer les nostres conserves. We select local and national producers, with quality and local product!
That is why some varieties are not available all year round, i cal afanyar-se a omplir el rebost abans no s’acabin.
Només emprem sucre i suc de llimona com a conservants, this is why some jams turn dark over the months; but its taste remains intact!
